How it Works

Each CFS client is assigned a full team, including AP Specialist, Accountant, and Fractional CFO. 

Accounts Payable Services

Record all transactions, Weekly Invoice processing, Process all disbursements, Reconcile vendor statements and issues,
merchant services

Accountant

Period Closing, Reconcile bank accounts and GL, Process inventory, depreciation, Adjust debt, Accrue expenses, taxes and payroll, Reconcile member file, financial statements and KPIs, Review performance, Tax, Audits and reviews

Fractional CFO

Operating and capital budgets, Forecasting, Review performance, insights and best practices, Support tax filing, Facilitate annual audit or review, Participate in board meetings as needed

CFS will:

  • Use standardized systems customized for NCG members, like the NCG Common Chart of Accounts (CCOA).

  • Take responsibility for attracting, training and retaining a top-notch, mission-aligned accounting team devoted to meeting client needs.

  • Contribute to inefficiencies and innovations by having a singular focus
